Please take notice that on the 11th day of July 2016, at 5:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City-County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Planning Commission will meet to consider the application of Wesbanco Bank, Inc. for a Special Use Permit for a gated employee parking lot located at Lane 9 & Main Street.
Property owned by applicant within lots 3 & 4 of Square 6 as found on the plat of Old Town, in the City of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia.
