Please take notice that on the 20th day of October 2022, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Adam and Beth Bedway, 747 Market Street. Variance(s) from Table 9-C: to increase maximum height, in C-1 district, of sign from 20 feet to 21 feet; (2) from Table 9-C increase the maximum size area of total signage from 100 sq. foot to 168 sq. foot. Purpose of request: new wall sign.
