1. The object of this suit is to quiet title to five tracts of real estate in Randolph County, West Virginia that were owned by E.H. Updike or Lula France Updike at the time of their deaths.
2. The name, address and telephone number of the Plaintiff’s attorney is Rebecca A. Judy, Judy Law Office, PLLC, 213 Henry Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241, (304)635-5383.
3. A copy of the complaint may be obtained from the Circuit Court Clerk of Randolph County, West Virginia at 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241.
4. Any unknown heir of E.H. Updike or Lula Frances Updike must appear and defend on or before November 4, 2022, which is not fewer than 20 days after the first publication hereof, otherwise a judgment by default will be rrendered against the unknown heirs of E.H. Updike and Lula Frances Updike at any time thereafter.
