Sealed bids for an Executive/Presidential Candidate Search Firm to provide services on the West Liberty University’s campus will be received by West Liberty University, 208 University Dr. West Liberty, WV 26074, until 10:00 AM on November 2, 2022. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the same time.
