PRIME TIME LIMOUSINE, LLC.
a limited liability company.

Application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a common carrier in the transportation of passengers by limousine in Wetzel, Ohio, Brooke and Marshall Counties.

PUBLICATION ORDER
On March 14, 2016, Prime Time Limousine, LLC filed an Application for a certificate authortizing it –
to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of passengers in limousine service between points and places in Wetzel, Ohio, Brooke and Marshall Counties, excluding the transportation of passengers of railroad companies for railroad-related work purposes, and exluding the transportation of persons whose transportation is to be paid for, billed to, or reimbursed by Medicaid or Medicare.

Rates: $75 per hour, minimum 4 hours

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Prime Time Limousine, LLC give notice of the filing of the Application, by publishing a copy of this Order once in a qualified newspaper as provided in W.Va. Code Section 59-3-1 et seq, published and of general circulation in Wetzel, Ohio, Brooke and Marshall Counties, making due return to this Commission of proper certification of publication immediately after publication. Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the Application based on the evidence submitted with the Application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Executive Secretary serve this Order upon Commission Staff by hand delivery, upon all parties or record who have filed an e-service agreement with the Commission by electronic service and upon all other parties by U.S. Certified Mail, return receipt requested.
