IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-JA-102 TASHAYLA HENRY, biological mother of infant N.H., whose date of birth is August 3, 2022, DONTEZ ELAM, putative father of infant N.H., whose date of birth is August 3, 2022, and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant N.H., whose date of birth is August 3, 2022, natural child of Tashayla Henry.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that DONTEZ ELAM or UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant N.H., whose date of birth is August 3, 2022. It is ORDERED that DONTEZ ELAM is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and DONTEZ ELAM or ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE THE FATHER of
infant N.H. are ORDERED appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 9th day of November, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise DONTEZ ELAM, putative father of infant N.H., whose date of birth is August 3, 2022 and UNKNOWN FATHER of N.H., whose date of birth is August 3, 2022, may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parent and may have their parental rights terminated.
