Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of November, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter cam be heard, Petitioner, Jessica Hall-Iamurri will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Wilmoth, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing her child’s name from Bailee Gassnola to Bailee Iamurri and Braiden Gassnola to Braiden Iamurri. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further said hearing may re rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
