NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
FINANCING OF EQUIPMENT BY:
Leading Creek Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leading Creek Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. located in Kerens, WV will meet on October 21, 2022 at 5:00pm for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the issuer enter into a Lease-Purchase Agreement in order to finance a Sutphen Pumper, to be located at 71 Triplett Run Road.
To finance the costs of such equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes to enter into a loan agreement in the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $500,000. The rental payments due pursuant to the loan agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment.
