The City of Wheeling is accepting bids for four (4) separate Waterline Projects. Receipt deadline is 2:00 PM July 27, 2016 in the City Manager’s Office, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. There is a mandatory pre- bid meeting scheduled for July 14, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the water department in Clator.
