MONONGAHELA NATIONAL FOREST
The Snodgrass Flats Reoffer Sale is located within Greenbrier County, 20 miles North of White Sulphur Springs, WV, in the headwaters of the Greenbrier River. The Forest Service will receive Sealed bids at Forest Supervisors Office, 200 Sycamore Street, Elkins, WV 26241 before or at the time of public bid opening at 2:00 PM local time on 11/15/2022 for an estimated volume of 124 CCF of Maple (RM, SM) sawtimber, 13 CCF of Hardwood – Other (BG, BB) sawtimber, 187 CCF of E (Wh/Red) Pine (PP, Hem) sawtimber, 1205 CCF of Red & Black Oak (SO) sawtimber, 296 CCF of White Oak (CO) sawtimber, 787 CCF of Yellow Poplar (Cuc) sawtimber, and 1139 CCF of Pulpwood marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the Marlinton/White Sulphur Ranger District or Forest Supervisors Offices, or found on the Monongahela National Forest website at: https://www.fs.usda.gov/resources/mnf/landmanagement/
