Pumping, Inc.
NOTICE
On August 10, 2022, Petitioners, Panhandle Pumping, Inc., and LCS Services, Inc., submitted a Joint Petition for Consent and Approval of Landfill Disposal Contract in order to provide stable and predictable access to disposal capacity. Specifically, LCS proposes to enter into a contract with PPI to guarantee the disposal of a specified amount of solid waste and thereby provide stable access to its landfill.
Anyone wishing to protest the above agreement or to petition to intervene in the proceeding should do so, in writing, to the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323, within ten (10) days of the date of this publication. The public may view the filings in this matter at the Commission website or file comments online.
