The Ohio County Commission will receive sealed bids from qualified General Contractors until 3:00 p.m. EST, Monday, November 21, 2022, for the following project: Ohio County Commission – City County Building HVAC Replacement Project. The work of this project is generally described as a complete HVAC and Electrical systems replacement. Bidders must provide a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount with their bid. Bids shall be delivered to the Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003 on or before the date and time established for bid opening. All bids will be considered public record and once opened, will be read aloud. Bids delivered after the date and time of bid opening will not be opened or considered.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ohio County Commission offices, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003.
