Oglebay and Wheeling Park Commission invites proposals to provide all Work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment supplies and transportation for:
Oglebay Wilson Lodge
Renovation for a
New Fitness Center
465 Lodge Dr.

All Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by the Architect and the Request for Bids. Bidding Documents may be obtained from:

A $50.00 deposit is required for each set. Bidders are limited to two sets each. Deposits will be refunded to Bidders who return the Bidding Documents, in good condition, to the Architect within ten (10) days following the Bid Opening. Only complete sets will be issued. A CD containing PDFs of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Architect for a $25.00 non-refundable payment.
State of West Virginia Prevailing wage rates do not apply to the project.
A MANDATORY PREBID MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR:

Place: Meeting Room A Wilson Lodge (first level rear), 465 Lodge Dr., Wheeling, WV 26003
Attendance is MANDATORY. All Bidders MUST attend the prebid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, the Bid will be disqualified. A single follow up tour is scheduled for Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 9:00 am. Contractors will be required to sign in at the Meeting Room A prior to touring the proposed Fitness Center. Other site visits are prohibited. All Contractors should review drawings prior to prebid and come prepared with questions and items they wish to address during prebid and building tour.
Following the Prebid Meeting, Contractors and their Subcontractors will be permitted to tour the site where the Architect will be available to answer questions.
After the review of the documents and after the prebid, written questions only will be addressed by addendum. The written questions must be submitted via email to Julie Doerr at:

no later than 12:00 pm on Tuesday, July 12, 2016. The final addendum shall be issued on Wednesday, July 13, 2016.
Sealed Bids will be received by Wheeling Park Commission until 2:00 pm, on Friday, July 15, 2016. The bids will be opened publicly at the Meeting Room A in Wilson Lodge. The bids are to be delivered by either the following method/ locations:
