PUBLIC HEARING

The Tucker County Commission is considering the submittal of an application to the State of West Virginia Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for planning funds to finance a portion of the Preliminary Engineering Report and the formation of the Blackwater Public Service District.

The CDBG portion is expected not to exceed $300,000. Citizens of Tucker County, especially those of low- and moderate-income, residents of blighted and deteriorated areas, and all other interested persons may comment on this proposal before November 15, 2022, by writing to the Tucker County Commission, 211 First Street, Suite 307; Parsons, WV 26287; or by appearing at the public hearing to be held at the Tucker County Courthouse Courtroom on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 8:30 AM.
