NOTICE is hereby given that Kyla Joelle Harvath has filed a petition for a change of name in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, praying for an Order changing her name of Kyla Joelle Harvath to Kyla Joelle Varner.
A hearing on the application and petition in the above-captioned matter will be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, in his Chambers at the Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia, on the 22nd day of July, 2016, at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as petitioner may be heard.
Any person objecting to the change of name from Kyla Joelle Harvath to Kyla Joelle Varner may appear at the time and place indicated above in this Notice and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
PLEASE BE ADVISED that the hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. Any rescheduled hearing date may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia.
