IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-CJA-90 CHARYTI STERN, biological mother of infant Baby Boy S, whose date of birth is July 14, 2022, PHILLIP BOWEN, putative father of infant Baby Boy S, whose date of birth is July 14, 2022, and FRANKLIN MALLORY, legal father of infant Baby Boy S, whose date of birth is July 14, 2022, natural child of Charyti Stern.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that PHILLIP BOWEN has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant Baby Boy S, whose date of birth is July 14, 2022. It is ORDERED that PHILLIP BOWEN shall to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 17th day of November, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise PHILLIP BOWEN, biological father of Baby Boy S, whose date of birth is July 14, 2022, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
