By virtue of that certain Deed of Trust made by Antony R. Ellington III and Tishawana A. Terry, to John E. Gompers, Trustee, dated the 18th day of June, 2015, and of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Ohio County, West Virginia, in Deed of Trust Book No. 1507, at page 59, the undersigned will sell at public auction, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Trustee’s Notice of Sale and in the said Deed of Trust, on the 12th day of July, 2016, at 10:15 o’clock A.M., at the northwest front door of the Court House of Ohio County, Wheeling, West Virginia, the following described property (“Property”) situate at 737 Market Street, Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia 26003, and being more particularly described as follows:
That certain real estate situate in the City of Wheeling, Wheeling District, Ohio County, West Virginia, to-wit:

Parcel One: All of the south half of Lot Numbered Eighty-three (83), situate and being in that part of the City of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, known as “Old Town,” a plat of which is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 57, at page 370, fronting thirty-three (33) feet on the west side of Market Street, between Seventh and Eighth Streets, in said city, and extending westwardly of a uniform width of thirty-three (33) feet to the alley in the rear of said lot, together with all the buildings and appurtenances situate thereon or belonging thereto.

Parcel Two: All that certain northern one-half (½) of Lot Numbered Eighty-three (83) in that part of the City of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, known as “Old Town,” situate on the west side of Market Street between Seventh (7th) and Eighth (8th) Streets, formerly Washington and Adams.

Parcel Three: All that certain southern one-half (½) of Lot Numbered Eighty-two (82) on the west side of Market Street, between Seventh (7th) and Eighth (8th) Streets, in the City of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia.

Parcel Four: All that certain northern one-half (½) of Lot Numbered Eighty-two (82) in the “Old Town” of Wheeling, situated on the West side of Market Street, between Seventh (7th) and Eighth (8th) Streets, in the City of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia.

Being the same property which was heretofore conveyed to Antony R. Ellington III and Tishawana A. Terry by a Deed dated the 28th day of November, 2014, and recorded in the aforesaid County Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 877, at page 55.

TERMS OF SALE: Sale of the Property will be made subject to the lien for any and all real estate taxes, whether or not currently due, owing, delinquent or payable, whether paid or are otherwise not currently payable; and further, sale of the subject interest in the Property is subject to any and all other liens, encumbrances, or adverse claims of interest which may be superior to the lien of the Deed of Trust being foreclosed upon or the title of Trustee hereunder. The Property will be conveyed “As Is”, without warranty or representation, express or implied, as to title, physical condition, environmental condition or any other adverse condition which might affect merchantability, marketability, fitness or use of the Property. CASH IN HAND or CERTIFIED FUNDS (Certified Check) in full in the amount of the successful bid or bids on the day of the sale is required for any bidder to purchase the subject Property.
