You are hereby notified that the undersigned has filed in the Circuit Court of Marshall County, West Virginia, a Petition alleging you as the natural Father of the minor child, L.I., DOB 12/11/2013, and praying, among other things, that the Court may commit said infant child to the custody and guardianship of the undersigned, with authority to the undersigned to maintain and educate said infant child, including to consent to the adoption of said child or to make such other order as is deemed to the best interest of said child.
Said child, L.I., is now in the temporary custody of the undersigned in Marshall County, West Virginia.
You are hereby notified that the matters arising upon said Petition have been set down by said Court for hearing at 1:00 P.M., on the 5th day of December 2022, at the Marshall County Courthouse, in the City of Moundsville, West Virginia.
At the time and place aforesaid, you may attend and object, or make other defense to the Petition, otherwise the permanent custody of said infant child may be given to the undersigned.
You are further notified that legal counsel has been appointed to represent you in this proceeding.
