Notice is hereby given that on October 11, 2022, a Petition for Modification was filed by Ray Joseph Norman, Jr. in the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia before the Honorable Judge David Wilmoth for the entry of an Order granting the Petition for Modification by said Court.
It appears after due diligence the Petitioner has been unable to locate your current whereabouts. A Petition for Modification Hearing is scheduled in this matter for LaDonna Cross, on December 19, 2022, at the Randolph County Circuit Court at 1:30 P.M. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk of Court at his office located at: 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241. 1-304-636-2765. Any objection or answer you may have to the Petition for Modification must be filed with the Circuit Clerk’s Office and will be heard by this Honorable Court if you desire within ten (10) days before the set hearing date.
