Description: The work consists of existing cabin renovations at Salt Fork State Park site -17 cabins involving limited renovation scope at: exterior structural foundations, repairs/replacement of materials due to deterioration associated with moisture from exterior hot tubs located on porches, limited floor joist repairs, plumbing and electrical replacements associated with hot tub connections, limited porch window replacement at selective cabins, porch flooring replacement, limited painting, underground drainage system to extend 10-25 feet beyond the existing cabin perimeter into natural drainage areas with rock channel outlet, and cabin perimeter erosion mitigation at 2-bedroom cabins with exterior partially enclosed porches and existing hot tubs to remain.

Salt Fork State Park 14755 Cadiz Road, Lore City, Ohio 43725 (driving directions turn-off into State Park) or Road 3, Cambridge, OH 43725 (Lodge mailing address, this is where the Pre-Bid meeting will be held and go to the cabins after)., Please enter the Lodge at the main entrance and follow signage from the lobby; this meeting will be held in the boardroom at level 3.
