The object of the above-styled case is for the Petitioner,
the West Virginia Department of Health and Human
Resources, to protect the best interests of the said
infant, and to establish paternity.
You are hereby notified that you are required to file a
verified answer to the Petition filed herein or otherwise
appear and protect your interests on or before January
4, 2023, otherwise, the permanent termination of all
parental rights you may have can be a result of this
proceeding. A copy of said Petition may be obtained
