Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (OCC A) located in Ohio County, WV.
From the intersection of I-70 and U.S. 40, take U.S. 40E/National Rd for 4.0 miles. Turn left onto Roneys Point Run Rd. and travel 0.9 miles. Take a slight right onto County Farm Rd. and follow for 0.4 miles to the access road on the right.

Operations are planned to begin on or about January 16, 2023. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
