IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-JA-80 GINA JERROME, biological mother of infant G.R., whose date of birth is February 18, 2007and JARRETT ROBINSON, biological father of infant G.R., whose date of February 18, 2007, natural child of Gina Jerrome. The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that JARRETT ROBINSON, has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant G.R., whose date of birth is February 18, 2007. It is ORDERED that JARRETT ROBINSON is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Second Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 1st day of December, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of JARRETT ROBINSON, biological father of infant G.R., whose date of birth is February 18, 2007, may be terminated.
