PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE: The EPA is inviting the public to comment on its intent to approve a Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) Commercial Storage Approval Renewal application submitted by Environmental Protection Services located at 4 Industrial Park Drive in Wheeling, West Virginia.

COMMENT PROCESS: Persons to comment on EPA’s proposed decision must submit comments to EPA within the 30-day comment period ending 12/22/2022. Interested persons may also request a public hearing on this proposed remedy. All comments and/or requests for a hearing must be submitted in writing via mail, fax, or email to the EPA Project Manager, Kelly Bunker as listed above, and must be received prior to 12/22/2022. All comments will be considered in making a final decision.
FINAL DECISION: EPA will make a final decision for approval of the storage application renewal after considering all comments, consistent with applicable TSCA requirements and regulations. If the final decision is changed from the one in this notice, EPA will inform all persons who submitted written comments or requested notice of EPA’s final determination.
