Notice is given that Blue
Racer Midstream, LLC
has applied to the West
Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection,
Division of Air Quality, for
a Class II Administrative
Update for the
replacement of an
air-assisted flare with an
enclosed combustor at
Marcellus Field Station
No. 1 (MFS1) located on
Highway 52 near the town
of Reader in Wetzel
County, West Virginia.
The latitude and longitude
coordinates are:
39.575457 degrees
latitude and -80.71859
degrees longitude.
The applicant estimates
the increased potential to
discharge the following
Regulated Air Pollutants
will be: 0.1 tons of volatile
organic compounds
(VOC) per year.
Implementation of these
changes is planned to
begin on or about January
15, 2023.
Written comments will be
received by the West
Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection,
Division of Air Quality, 601

Charleston, WV 25304, for
at least 30 calendar days
from the date of
publication of this notice.
Written comments will
also be received via email
