Monroe County Library Roof Replacement.
will be received by Monroe County Library, 96 Home Avenue, Woodsfield, Ohio 43793 at the above address until:
11:00 a.m., Local Time
Tuesday,
January 10th, 2023
And at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Work includes replacement of the shingled roof on the Monroe County Library with new metal roof.
The BID DOCUMENTS are on file at the Monroe County Library.
Bid Documents may be obtained for a cost of $50 from Swiss Valley Associates, Inc, 42631 State Route 7, P.O. Box 39; Hannibal, OH 43931, (740) 483-2351.
Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier’s check in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price.
Bidders must comply with the State prevailing wage rates.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. If bids are 10% over the estimated project cost, the Owner will have the option to be rebid the project.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Monroe County Library on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022 at 10:30 AM.
