REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR
FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The Randolph County Development Authority (RCDA), Elkins, West Virginia is requesting qualifications from qualified firms to provide a variety of services related to the operation and management of the proposed Railyard Event Center located in Elkins, WV. A list of services required are included in the complete copy of the Request for Qualifications and may be obtained by emailing [email protected]
An electronic copy of each proposal must be marked “Event Center RFQ” and must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2022. Proposals must be sent to [email protected].
