The New Martinsville Water & Sanitary Sewer Board (Board) is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of replacement buckets for the existing motor control center at the wastewater treatment plant. Prospective Bidders should note that a separate contract for the installation of this equipment may be advertised at a later date. Upon request, bidding documents and specifications can be obtained from the Board’s engineering consultant, Burgess & Niple, Inc. located at 4424 Emerson Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26104.
Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at the New Martinsville City Building located at 191 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of sixty (60) days. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked “SEALED BID, 2022-01, MCC EQUIPMENT”. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current West Virginia Business Registration Certificate.
