IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-JA-81 FABRAE CREWS-STEVENS, biological mother of infant K.J., whose date of birth is May 28, 2022 and MICHAEL JAEGER, determined father of infant K.J., whose date of birth is My 28, 2022, natural child of Fabrae Crews-Stevens. The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition that FABRAE CREWS-STEVENS and MICHAEL JAEGER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant K.J., whose date of birth is May 28, 2022. It is ORDERED that FABRAE CREWS-STEVENS and MICHAEL JAEGER shall appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 10th day of January, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of FABRAE CREWS-STEVENS, biological mother of infant K.J., whose date of birth is May 28, 2022 and MICHAEL JAEGER, determined father of infant K.J., whose date of birth is My 28, 2022, may be terminated. You are further advised that at your request and the request of your previously appointed attorneys, the Court has relieved them of further duties, so they no longer represent you in this matter. You previously indicated your intent to retain your own attorneys. Be advised that you should have said attorneys appear on January 10, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. to represent you at said hearing. If you do not have privately retained counsel and wish to be appointed new attorneys, you should contact the Judge’s office immediately at 304-234-3620 to request a new appointment.
