The object of the above entitled action is for Sallie Ann Nickolas to legally change her name to Sallie Ann Jarrell. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Sallie Ann Nickolas to Sallie Ann Jarrell.
A hearing shall be on the 9th day of January, 2023 at 8:45 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the 2nd floor of the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
