NOTICE
The Northwestern Area Agency on Aging (Bel-O-Mar) is requesting sealed proposals for a contract to administer and provide meal service for the Title III C Nutrition Program for the elderly in Wetzel County.
Proposals for the program, which runs from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017, will be received until September 7, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. Electronic transmission proposals are acceptable. Bidder’s Conference will be held on August 17, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bel-O-Mar Regional Council offices located at 105 Bridge Street Plaza, Wheeling, WV 26003.
