NOTICE
On October 3, 2022, the Applicant, Bionic Tire Recycling, LLC., filed an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate a waste tire facility in Preston County.
The Applicant’s tariff would provide as follows:
Tires from individuals: (size 425 x 20 inches, or smaller)
Passenger Car Tires $1.50 per tire
Light Truck Tires $2.11 per tire
Heavy Truck Tires $6.02 per tire
Trailer/Dump-Commercial $ 59.00 Per Ton
$ 59.00 minimum
Tires larger than 425 x 20 inches will be priced by inspection at a negotiable rate.
The above rates are exclusive of applicable state and county assessment fees.
Assessment fees are charged per ton or any part thereof disposed.
DELAYED PAYMENT PENALTY
On all accounts not paid in full within thirty (30) days of the date of the statement upon which they first appear, a delayed payment penalty of ten percent (10%) may be added to the current amount unpaid. This delayed payment penalty is not interest and is to be collected only once for each bill where it is appropriate.
OPERATING HOURS
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Anyone wishing to protest the above tariff change or to petition to intervene in the proceeding should do so, in writing, to the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323, within ten (10) days of the date of this publication.
