The object of the above entitled action is for Samantha Jo Auber to legally change his/her name to Samantha Jo Johnson-Auber. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Samantha Jo Auber to Samantha Jo Johnson- Auber.
A hearing shall be on the 5th day of January, 2023 at 10:30 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
