The object of the above entitled action is for Jordan Ryder Beck to legally change his/her name to Jordan Ryder Beck- James. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Jordan Ryder Beck to Jordan Ryder Beck-James.
A hearing shall be on the 22nd day of February, 2023 at 9:30 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
