The objet of the above entitled action is: the Plaintiff is seeking judgment against the Defendant in the amount of $2,484.78 plus court costs and interest for the Defendant’s alleged failure to perform the obligations of the original contract between the two parties.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the Plaintiff, was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the Defendant.
It is ordered that Hilma Parks do serve upon the Plaintiff, Citizens Bank of West Virginia, at the above address, and the Honorable Benjamin Shepler, magistrate, whose address is 11 Randolph County, West Virginia, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before February 19, 2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Hilma Parks at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
