Commission will meet as
Board of Equalization &
Review at the Tyler
County Courthouse in
Middlebourne, WV, on the
following days for the
purpose of reviewing the
assessments made by the
Assessor for Tax Year
2023.

(This is the only date for
Mineral, Industrial, and
managed timberland
appointments with
representatives from the
State Tax Department)

Appointment with the
Board of Equalization &
Review must be
scheduled in advance
with the Assessor’s Office
at (304) 758-4113.
Taxpayer should be prepared to present supporting evidence.
Commission will meet on
Tuesday, February 28,
2022, at 9:30 am to sign
final orders as Board of
Equalization and Review
for Tax Year 2023.
