Notice to Residents Town of Triadelphia
Election for Mayor, Recorder, and four (4) council members will be held on Tuesday June 13TH 2023. Eligible residents wanting to apply for these positions must comply with the following procedures. Candidates must be a resident of the Town of Triadelphia and a registered voter. Candidates can pick up filing forms at Town Hall, 4453 National Road, during regular business hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.; no weekends or Holidays. Candidates can sign up from January 9th 2023 until January 28th 2023 during regular business hours of Monday thru Friday; no weekends nor Holidays. The office will be open Saturday January 28th 2023 for signups only; from 9 am to 12 pm. Mail in signups must be post marked midnight January 28th 2023. Filing fee of $25.00 must be paid at time of filing, and filing form must be notarized. Last day for candidate to withdraw is March 21st 2023, and it must be in writing. Write in candidates must file fourteen (14) days prior to Election Day to have your votes counted.
