PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of White Sulphur Springs will conduct a variance on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 7:00 PM, in Council Chambers at White Sulphur Springs City Hall. The purpose of this variance will be to hear the request of Karen McCreary, 135 Greenbrier Avenue, & Adam Whanger Contracting, to build a fence taller than 6 1/2 feet. All fences over 6 1/2 feet requires a variance. The public is encouraged and invited to attend.
