The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain a judgment relating to a deficiency balance due and owing for a 2015 Dodge Dart. It appearing by affidavit the Plaintiff has used due diligence to serve the Defendant and that service has been attempted on the Defendant without effect, accordingly:
It is ORDERED that Defendant serve upon Bridgette R. Wilson, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 1819, Elkins, West Virginia, 26241, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint, filed in the Circuit Court of Randolph County on September 15, 2022, on or before February 13, 2023. If you fail to appear and plead thereto within the time required by law, judgment will be given against you. A copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
