All bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor’s License per Sections 21-11-11 of the West Virginia Code and it is to be included with the bid.
There will be a Pre-bid Conference on December 8, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the WWTP Conference Room, 2516 Main Street, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003.
This contract is being funded from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant Program. The successful bidder will be subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 17010.
