applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a
G70-D General Permit Registration Modification for an
Oil and Natural Gas Production facility located at 2888
McKim Creek Rd, Middlebourne, WV 26149, in Tyler
County, West Virginia.

The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.368063
and -80.964088

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge for

at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of
this notice.
