IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 22-JA-135 QAYTAZA IRVIN, biological mother and custodian of infant H.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2020 and HUBERT FRAZIER, putative father of infant H.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2020, and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant H.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2020, natural child Qaytaza Irvin.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that HUBERT FRAZIER and UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant H.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2020. It is ORDERED that HUBERT FRAZIER is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and HUBERT FRAZIER and UNKNOWN FATHER are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 14th day of February, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise HUBERT FRAZIER and/or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant H.F., may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful.
