Notice of Public Hearing followed immediately by a Council Meeting for a Proposed Adoption of
Resolution 2023-1:
A Resolution for the Amendment of Ordinance 735.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to W. Va. Code section 8-11-4(a) that at the regular meeting of the City of Chester Council on March 6, 2023 at 5:00, in the Council Chambers, Council will consider adopting a proposed Resolution increasing the municipal fee from $90 to $100 a year.
The purpose of this proposed resolution is to raise the rate of Municipal Service Fee from $90 per year to $100 per year to be effective July 1, 2023. A copy of the proposed Resolution will be available for public inspection in the City of Chester’s Clerk’s Office Monday – Friday from 9:00 – 4:00.
Interested parties may appear at this meeting and be heard with respect to this proposed ordinance.
