NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Village of Valley Grove will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the village office building, located at 8566 National Road Valley Grove WV 26060. The Village is considering the submission of an application to the West Virginia Development Office for $112,365 in Community Development Block Grant funds for the Valley Grove Demolition Project.
The project will consist of the demolition of vacant dilapidated structures within the Village of Valley Grove that pose a health and safety risk to the residents of the Village.
The total project cost is expected to be approximately $112,365. The purpose of this hearing is to allow interested citizens an opportunity to comment and express their views on the proposed application. Written comments will be received by the Village Clerk, Village of Valley Grove, 8566 National Road, Valley Grove WV 26060 until February 21, 2023, for those unable to attend.
