S., whose date of birth is July 12, 2008, A.S., whose date of birth is May 25, 2010, and C.S., whose date of birth is July 16, 2013. natural children of Mikol Wallace.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that MIKOL WALLACE has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants J. S., whose date of birth is July 12, 2008, A.S., whose date of birth is May 25, 2010, and C.S., whose date of birth is July 16, 2013. It is ORDERED that MIKOL WALLACE is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and MIKOL WALLACE is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Second Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 3rd day of March, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise MIKOL WALLACE, biological mother of J. S., whose date of birth is July 12, 2008, A.S., whose date of birth is May 25, 2010, and C.S., whose date of birth is July 16, 2013, may be adjudicative abusive and neglectful.
