On December 15, 2022, the Ohio Medical Board mailed an Order of Revocation to Taiying Liu, LMT via certified mail, return receipt requested, at her last known address of record, 2194 National Road, Apt. 5, Wheeling, WV 26003-5260. The Notice was returned to the Board from the postal service marked “return to send, attempted-not known, unable to forward”. A copy of the Order is available on the Board’s website at
www.elicense.ohio.gov.
Taiying Liu may be entitled to an appeal. Such an appeal must be commenced by the filing of a Notice of Appeal with the State Medical Board and the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. The Notice of Appeal must set forth the Order appealed from and state that the State Medical Board’s Order is not supported by reliable, probative, and substantive evidence and is not in accordance with law. The Notice of Appeal may, but is not required to, set forth the specific grounds of the appeal. Any such appeal must be filed within fifteen (15) days after the last date of publication in accordance with the requirements of Section 119.12, Ohio Revised Code.
