The Randolph County Board of Education, Elkins, WV will receive bids for HVAC Replacements at Jennings Randolph Elementary School and Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing of the new equipment until 1:30p.m., local prevailing time on 8 day of March, 2023, at the office of the Randolph County Board of Education, 40 Eleventh Street, Elkins, WV 26241, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for February 22, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at Jennings Randolph Elementary School, 101 Scott Ford Rd, Elkins, WV 26241. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting.
The contract documents are available only from the architect’s Project Management Website. Login credentials will be sent to plan rooms, all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers after the request is made to [email protected]. Addenda will be only distributed electronically to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
The Board of Education of the County of Randolph, Elkins, WV reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
