Please take notice that on the 18th day of August, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Boury Lofts LP, for a variance from Table 9-C: To increase the maximum area of a roof sign in the D-2 Zone from 32 sq. ft. to 200 sq. ft. Purpose of Request: New Roof Sign.
The property is described as follows:
Lot Numbered One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) in Square Numbered Nine (9), in Ebenezer Zane’s Addition to said City of Wheeling, as same is shown on the Plat of “Old Town” in Deed Book No. 57, at page 605.
More commonly known as 2 – 16th Street.
