ON THE 17th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2023, Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union, the Plaintiff herein, by counsel, Jacob C. Altmeyer, Esq., and the law firm of Phillips, Gardill, Kaiser & Altmeyer, PLLC, filed its Affidavit Pursuant to W.Va. R. Civ. P. 4(e)(1) requesting an Order of Publication against Defendants Jaycob H. Doty and Haley A. Doty.
WHEREFORE, as mandated by W.Va. R. Civ. P. 4(e)(1), the requested Order of Publication is hereby ISSUED, as follows:
TO JAYCOB H. DOTY and HALEY A. DOTY, DEFENDANTS:
1. The title of the civil action at bar is Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union v. Jaycob H. Doty and Haley A. Doty, Defendants, Civil Action No. 22-C-64;
2. The object of the pending suit is the collection of certain monies owed to Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union by Jaycob H. Doty and Haley A. Doty, by virtue of a Loan and Security Agreement and Disclosure Statement between Jaycob H. Doty and Haley A. Doty and Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union;
3. The name, address and telephone number of the Plaintiff’s attorney is Jacob C. Altmeyer, Esq., Phillips, Gardill, Kaiser & Altmeyer, PLLC, 61 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, (304) 232- 6810;
4. A copy of the Complaint made in this civil action may be obtained from the Circuit Court Clerk of Brooke County, West Virginia;
5. The Defendants, Jaycob H. Doty and Haley A. Doty, must appear and defend on or before April 3, 2023, a date which is not fewer than 30 days after the first publication hereof, otherwise a judgment by default will be rendered against you at any time thereafter.
