REQUEST FOR BIDS
LAWN MAINTENANCE
The Benwood-McMechen Housing Authority is accepting bids for Lawn Maintenance for 2023. The bid would be for seasonal grass cutting beginning April 1 through October 31, 2023. The maintenance would include weekly cutting, weed eating, bagging and disposing of clippings. The bid should include the cost of services, evidence of liability insurance and workers compensation. A copy of all properties that would be included in the Lawn Maintenance can be picked up at the Administrative Office, 2200 Marshall Street, Benwood, WV.
Please submit your bid, along with evidence of workers compensation and insurance to Erin Twigg Yoders, Executive Director, Benwood McMechen Housing Authority, 2200 Marshall Street, Benwood, WV 26031 by Wednesday, March 10, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. The envelope must be clearly marked: LAWN MAINTENANCE BID. Please note that the Benwood-McMechen Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
